Interac e-Transfer® Instructions

Please follow these instructions to pay by Interact e-Transfer®
Payments by Interac e-Transfer® within CANADA ONLY

 

  1. Login to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer® Send Money.
  2. Select the account you would like the funds transferred from to pay for your Herba Relief order.
  3. Add Herba Relief as a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address:
    • Name: Herba Relief
    • Email Address: herba.relief@gmail.com
  4. Type in the amount due to pay for your order and also include your Order ID number in the message section.
  5. Set your Security Information to:
    • Security Question: Who did I buy from?
    • Security Answer: herbarelief
  6. Upon receipt of your payment, Herba Relief will process, fulfill and ship your order or prepare it for in-store pickup.

     

    IMPORTANT
    In order to expedite your order, please remember to quote your Order Number in the message section of your Interac e-Transfer®.
    To avoid automatic cancellation of your order, please send out the Interac e-Transfer® within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
